You may not
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the files
- Repackage the content as your own product
- Give copies to customers, subcontractors, or unrelated organizations
- Use one purchase as the document library for a paid consulting service
- Remove ownership or licensing notices and claim authorship
One organization means one legal operating organization
A licensed organization can use the materials across its internal teams and projects. Separate companies, subsidiaries operating as distinct legal entities, franchises, and consulting clients may require separate licenses.

Ownership
The purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal-use license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original playbook and templates.
Implementation package service scope
The $799 implementation option includes one 60-minute remote setup session, one customized Decision Authority Matrix for the purchasing organization, and one revision. The buyer must provide accurate company roles and proposed authority limits and schedule the session within 60 days of purchase. The service does not include legal, safety, insurance, accounting, contract, HR, engineering, or regulatory review.
